Cervical laminectomy is a back-of-the-neck procedure that relieves pain and pressure caused by spinal nerve and spinal cord compression. The procedure enlarges the spinal canal by removing any bony area and surrounding soft tissue that may be impinging on the nerves and causing compression.

Indications for cervical laminectomy
